  • The masks refer to Ancestors and are passed from one Generation of Initiates to the next as Symbols of Continuity.
  • Lega People, Bwami Secret Society, DRC/ Congo, Africa. 
  • Measurements: The Mask measures 12 x 6 inches (16 inches when adding in the length of the grass beard last attached).
  • Condition: Excellent. Traces of Ritual Care and Use.
  • Circa 1940-50's
